The spring bring me this energy in to me so I welcome to that.

Pranayama (prana=life force’気’)
The most important part of yoga is the breath. Breath directs the prana. This life force( energy) circulates through your body by breathing with flow. The prana purifies your nervous system which will relax your body & mind naturally.
Asana (physical practice of yoga)
Junsui YOGA is based on Hatha yoga techniques to build a connection, awareness with the physical body - the feet grounded, strong & steady form, the spine lengthening to allow energy to flow and expand, building core strength, creating flexibility. Feel the joy of moving your body with grace and ease.
Meditation
Junsui YOGA uses mix of Kriya & Tantric yoga meditation techniques from the Ishta yoga tradition and buddisum of mindfullness to create space in the mind and to help you feel the stillness. From a place of stillness…wisdom, inspiration and intuition are able to flow.
Relaxation
This is the time to feel the effect of yoga. Only love and pure bliss is present.
